Quality Assurance. AWG Brands will use Daymon’s proprietary RIVIR platform for all
product specifications. This centralizes vendor partner submissions and product
specification maintenance, ultimately streamlining the speed to shelf for new items for
member retailers. RIVIR will also allow AWG to customize data fields commonly
requested for food safety and regulatory needs, with the ability to respond quickly to
consumer questions coming through AWG Brands’ customer service teams. These
teams answer upwards of 2,800 consumer inquiries each year and help facilitate the
AWG Brands 100% Guarantee through coupons for free or discounted products when
necessary.


A new, state-of-the-art testing facility enables the more than 3,000 annual product tests
to deliver even more transparency to member retailers and consumers. The
experienced team working in this testing facility ensures all vendor partner information
entered in RIVIR is accurate. Then, when it translates through to the consumer-facing
websites of alwayssavebrand.com and bestchoicebrand.com, consumers can trust the
results they see on specific product landing pages accessed either via the QR code on
packaging or the product search on the website. This is an integral part of transparent
product specifications disclosure to consumers and is meant to help build loyalty to the
products found exclusively at AWG member retailers.

This AWG Brands investment in a new partnership further reaffirms to AWG member

accessible to consumers everywhere. By working with the Daymon RIVIR team, AWG Brands provides nutrition facts, ingredients, allergens, product information, and brand information on each product page. These pages stay live on the AWG Brands websites for three years after the product is discontinued to ensure every product available to consumers has information ready.
