Alleviate Labor Issues: Freshly Sliced items will be available in 8 oz. packs and arrive pre-sliced – for a less labor-intensive process. All that’s required at the store is weighing and stickering – NO time at the slicer necessary.
Maintain Freshness: Freshly Sliced will be packaged in a gas-flushed clear bag ensuring freshness and product integrity – with a suggested sell-by date of five days after merchandising.
Provide a Variety of Products: Kretschmar® will offer eight Freshly Sliced options featuring some of our top-selling products: off the bone ham, black forest ham, roasted turkey, hard salami, pepperoni, American cheese, provolone cheese, and mild cheddar cheese.
