Since competition is diverse, the team at VMC has created a unique, three-tier general merchandise program called Reimagine GM.  

Reimagine GM consists of three distinct, approaches: one key seasonal, plus two incremental programs. The two incremental programs include: Major incremental events and GM Monthly WinCaps. 

The two incremental programs are in-and-out, non-repetitive, and focused around today’s everchanging lifestyles and entertaining at home. The target market is women, children and Millennials. The product mix is relevant, trendy and fashion-forward designs to supplement current offerings.

Overall, VMC is finding new companies to source products, and expanding the size and diversity of the GM team that makes seasonal buying trips.
